Michelle began her real estate career in 2004, bringing with her a strong foundation in marketing and business strategy. Beyond her professional accomplishments, Michelle is a devoted mother and a wife. Her personal values: integrity, hard work, and genuine care for others, are the same values she brings to every client relationship.
Michelle’s personal story has deeply shaped her perspective on resilience, healing, and the importance of meaningful relationships. In September 2012, Michelle experienced the heartbreaking loss of her 22-year-old son, Phillip Shelton. Through her own journey of grief and healing, she has become passionate about supporting others navigating loss and difficult seasons of life. Michelle has been invited to share her story and speak with groups about loss, healing, and relationships, including a group of real estate professionals through Women of Strength in January 2013 and an audience of more than 350 people at Women of Strength in May 2013. Her experiences have given her a unique perspective on finding strength, moving forward, and helping others through life’s most challenging moments. Together, they have five children and two grandchildren and call Gilbert, Arizona, home. Her family remains one of the greatest sources of love, purpose, and inspiration in her life.
