Professional Experience
Michelle Shelton began her real estate career in 2004. She was working for a marketing company in Chandler and applied for a marketing position at the commercial brokerage, CB Richard Ellis. She got the job with one stipulation, she had to get her Arizona real estate license. During the same time, Michelle already had a love for real estate and would walk neighborhoods and find homes in distress and she would then contact the owner and negotiate a sales price. She had created a network of investors and would then shop these “finds” out to those investors.
Michelle Shelton is confident in her abilities. This is her craft, her skill that she has perfected over many years through both hands on experience and many hours in a classroom. Michelle does things other agents don’t. These are the “unseen”, intangibles that are a huge line in the sand when it comes to comparing the differences between other agents and Michelle. Michelle focuses on what can happen, not what can’t or won’t happen. This means she pushes through and MAKES things happen long after other agents give up. Michelle is masterful at managing transactions and when it comes to navigating high emotions, she shines. Real Estate is stressful and it is nice to know you have an advocate, a friend who is in the trenches with you, holding your hand and walking you through the dangers one step at a time. Real Estate to Michelle is not just about business. It’s personal.
